Ghost Sliding Doors in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

Invisible wall-mounted sliding track doors creating a floating glass aesthetic for luxury villa interiors across Palm Jumeirah.

Ghost sliding door systems hide all running gear and wall-mounted tracks inside the door panel or behind a sleek anodized trim. The result is an architectural statement where the glass panel appears to float effortlessly across the floor without visible tracks.

SEG Technical Services LLC custom-engineers Ghost sliding glass doors for luxury villas and high-end penthouses on Palm Jumeirah.

What it gives you in Palm Jumeirah

Concealed Track System: All rollers and wall-mount hardware are 100% hidden from view.
No Floor Track Crossing: Walkways remain completely clear; continuous marble or hardwood floor tiles are unmarred.
Dual Soft-Close Dampers: Hydraulic dampers slow the door softly at both open and closed positions.
Custom Profile Finishes: Available in Matte Black, Brushed Gold, Anodized Bronze, or Natural Aluminium.
Smart Glass Ready: Can be configured with switchable PDLC smart privacy glass panels.

Opening Mechanism & Power Cabling Detail

The Ghost sliding mechanism mounts to solid wall structures above the opening. Heavy-duty nylon rollers travel inside a recessed back track, while a small floor pin hidden beneath the bottom door corner maintains vertical alignment without requiring floor tracks.

System Suitability & Practical Considerations

Wall Structure Requirement: Requires a solid concrete or reinforced stud wall for top-track load bearing.
Max Panel Weight: Panel weight limit is 120 kg per sliding door leaf.
