No. This film is designed for controlled factory lamination inside a new glass assembly. For suitable existing glass, self-adhesive retrofit film may be the relevant option.
PDLC film changes from frosted to a transparent state when powered. It is not identical to completely bare glass, so viewing angle, ambient light and the selected film should be considered during specification.
The standard configuration returns to the frosted privacy state when power is removed. This behavior is useful for applications that prefer privacy by default.
